HE-IOT helps organizations monitor devices, meters, and sensors in real time. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the app.

- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and organization details provided during login or profile updates.
- Device and sensor data: device, meter, and sensor metadata, readings, and report filters you submit.
- Generated files: PDF reports saved or shared by you are stored on your device and are not uploaded unless you choose to share them.
- Technical data: basic diagnostic information (network errors, request failures) to keep the service reliable.
How We Use Data
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions.
- Display live dashboards, history charts, and reports.
- Generate PDF exports and provide download/share options.
- Improve reliability and troubleshoot issues.
Permissions
- Internet: required to communicate with the API.
- Storage access (optional): used only when you choose to save report PDFs locally.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with authorized company administrators and service providers needed to operate the system. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Data Retention
We retain account and device data while your organization uses the service. You can request changes or deletion through your company administrator or by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to keep the platform safe.
